60 min visit with a lactation consultant IBCLC experienced connecting with the mother via video call
During this virtual visit, the consultant will:
- Assess the mother’s breastfeeding technique.
- Address any concerns or difficulties she may be experiencing.
- Provide education and support to help establish a successful breastfeeding relationship.
This online visit is beneficial for both the mother and the baby as it allows for personalized and one-on-one support from the comfort of their own home 🏠
The consultant can:
- Observe the baby’s latch and positioning through the video call
- Assess the mother’s milk supply and overall breastfeeding experience
- Provide tips and techniques to improve breastfeeding, such as different positions and proper latch techniques
2-3 follow up visit are usually recommended to give you more confidence in your breastfeeding journey
