Our Story

Passionate about empowering women! We are involved or partner with several organizations dedicated to supporting women :

Who am I?

Anne Leclercq,

Owner & Founder
IBCLC, CPM, LM, MMCP

I am a certified midwife in both Europe and the US, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and a Marquette Method Certified professional (MMCP). With over 20 years of experience in holistic birth, I’ve worked in Belgium, France, and the US, including hospitals, private practice, and Birthing Center.

My husband and I moved from France to Austin, Texas, in 2012 with our two eldest children, and our youngest son was born right here in Austin. Talk about a Texan welcome!

I’m also a certified Haptotherapist, having received my certification from CIRDH in 2012. Haptonomy, widely used in Europe, helps parents-to-be function as partners in parenting before birth. I’m proud to be the only practicing Haptotherapist in the US.

Here are some of my certifications:

  • Certified Nurse Midwife ( EIULB 2000-2204 Bruxelles Belgium)

  • Pre-Postnatal Aquatic Childbirth Education (Aquarius @Ostende Belgium, 2005)

  • Haptonomy therapist Certification (CIRDH, 2012 Paris)

  • Certified Professional Midwife (NARM 2016, US)

  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (2023, US)

  • Marquette Method Certified Professionnal, NFP Teacher (2024, US)

  • Certified Low Milk Supply Specialized Healthcare Professional (2025, US)

My passion for motherhood and birth drives me to help others experience a calm and stress-free birth. I love being a midwife and Lactation consultant; supporting and empowering women is my true calling. I am dedicated to guiding mothers through their breastfeeding journey. Helping them overcome challenges and ensuring they have a positive and successful experience with breastfeeding is incredibly fulfilling.

Currently, I’m also focused on helping women better understand their bodies and fertility. I want the women to be empowered and be supported in their choice.

Who our Team?

_DSC2129.jpg

Sofia Scheuerman, LMT

My path to bodywork began through birth — the sacred gateway of life. I’ve walked beside birthing families since 2016, first as a doula and now as a midwife-in-training. Over time, my hands have become quiet listeners, attuned to the language of the nervous system, the fascia, and the deep stories our bodies carry.

I am a licensed massage therapist in Austin TX, trained in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, Infant and Toddler Craniosacral, Aquacranial Therapy, Prenatal and Perinatal Massage, and Leslie Stager’s prenatal bodywork. I’ve studied with the Pacific School of Awareness and Bodywork, and draw on tools from Internal Family Systems, Reiki, and Spinning Babies. My work is gentle, intuitive, and trauma-informed — rooted in trust, in stillness, and in the body’s innate wisdom. Whether on the table or in the birth room, I support people to return to themselves through breath, movement,         and grounded presence.

With over 100 births attended across homes, hospitals, and birth centers, I’ve witnessed how essential touch is in this great transformation. My care weaves clinical knowledge       with softness — offering sessions that support nervous system regulation, pelvic                   balance, and integration throughout the childbearing year and beyond. Outside of

massage and birth, you’ll find me dancing, surfing, or adventuring in nature.
