Our different group calls
As someone who became a mother away from my hometown, I understand how important community is. That is why I created a 12-week virtual series, divided into 3 different group calls every Wednesday.
Joyful Expectations
Whether you are a first time mom or an expert at parenting, the Joyful Expectations Group Calls can be a place for community, exploring anxieties and dissipating doubts. We discuss everything from preparing physically and mentally for birth, for the entire family.
Joyful Beginnings
For moms who are just starting a new chapter, even if they've done it before. A place with real information, tangible advice, and tips you can use everyday, like baby massage, milk supply regulation, cycle returning, sexuality after giving birth, and more.
Joyful Hour
For moms that want to hear more from those who know the most. Every week a new topic is discussed with an expert guest on the field, guided by Anne. Build connections with experts in birth and motherhood, ask questions, and find moms navigating the same as you.
Each weekly call has a cost of $30. This cost can differ if you are part of a previously agree upon package that includes free group calls, such as but not limited to:

Others
If not part of these, or other previously agree upon packages, you will be invoiced for the session. Only one invoice will be made per family.
