What if I’m already postpartum?

What if I’m not in Austin?
No worries. The entire program is fully online, accessible from anywhere in the world, on your phone or laptop, at your own pace.
Do I get 1:1 support?
The core program is self‑paced, with the option to add 1:1 lactation or postpartum support with Anne for personalized guidance. Many mothers choose to pair the course with private sessions for deeper, tailored care.
